Club Baseball is the beginning of the development pathway for our future elite players, coaches and officials. It also provides opportunities for all members of the community, regardless of age, gender or abilities, to participate in competitive and recreational Baseball.
Joining a Baseball Club is not just about playing Baseball. It’s also about the Club’s ability to communicate with and relate to their members and add value by tailoring their services to their members’ requirements.
The key pathways to growing your Club include:
• Retaining your existing members by reducing member turnover/churn
• Attracting new members
• Increasing the level of participation by existing members
• Increasing the value to the Club of that participation by existing members
• Focusing time and attention on profitable members
• Regaining lost members
