Part time, fixed term positions - December 2021 to 31st March 2022

Baseball New Zealand is seeking three suitably qualified and experienced Regional Baseball Development Officers to work in a community focused and facing role, growing the game of baseball across these regions.  We are seeking suitable individuals that have the right balance of baseball and coaching knowledge and experience, excellent communication skills, professional attitude and behaviour, highly motivated and energetic with a love of all things baseball and sport.  These roles will join our Baseball NZ team and partner with our Regional Baseball Associations working extensively across the baseball clubs and schools in each region.

Volunteers

Baseball New Zealand is always on the lookout for volunteers to assist in running the game.

Dedicated, friendly volunteers are the cornerstone of all great sports and baseball is no different. We’re looking for volunteers with a wide variety of skills and experience to shape our operations for athletes, officials and fans. Our goal is to create a volunteer-centric program that encompasses capable, committed and connected volunteers, who have a passion for helping young athletes achieve their goals.

Baseball New Zealand requires assistance in all facets of the game, umpires, scorers, tournament officials, administrators, sponsorship specialists and anyone who just wants to be part of the team working to make baseball the most popular summer sport in New Zealand.
